From hosts
- Full name and email address

- Property city, type, and description
- Host compliance declarations

Usage and technical data
- Browser type, device type, and approximate location via IP address
- Pages visited and time on site (analytics, subject to cookie consent)
3. Purposes of processing
- Reviewing and processing accommodation requests and host listing applications
- Verifying professional identity through LinkedIn profile review
- Communicating with applicants about application status and early access onboarding
- Facilitating introductions between verified professionals and hosts
- Facilitating booking and payment flow through approved payment methods
- Sending platform updates where marketing consent is given
- Improving platform functionality and user experience
- Complying with legal obligations
4. Lawful bases for processing
- Legitimate interests: Processing applications and facilitating introductions as part of ProNest's core marketplace operation.
- Consent: Sending optional marketing updates. You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Payment processing
Payments on the ProNest platform may be processed by authorised third-party payment service providers regulated to provide payment services in the UK. ProNest does not store card or bank account details and does not directly process payment transactions. Payment providers operate under their own terms, security requirements, and regulatory obligations.
6. Who we share data with
ProNest does not sell personal data. We only share information necessary to facilitate accommodation introductions and confirmed bookings between professionals and hosts, as well as with authorised payment providers and service providers where required. Specifically, we may share data with:
- Hosts and professionals as part of a confirmed booking — only after required agreement and payment steps are completed
- Authorised third-party payment service providers regulated in the UK
- Service providers assisting with platform operation, subject to data processing agreements
- Regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law
7. Data retention
- Unsuccessful or withdrawn applications may be deleted after a reasonable administrative period unless retention is required for legal, regulatory, or compliance purposes
- Active user data is retained while the relationship continues and for a reasonable period thereafter
- Marketing data is retained until consent is withdrawn
- Payment and transaction records may be retained for longer periods where required by law or regulation
