4. Platform role and intermediary status

All accommodation is provided by independent hosts. Hosts are solely responsible for listing accuracy, legal compliance, and all property obligations. 5. Non-circumvention

The Protected Period means the period of 12 months from the date a host and guest are first introduced through the ProNest platform.

Both parties agree not to bypass ProNest for related bookings during the Protected Period. If a booking is completed outside the platform during this period, ProNest reserves the right to charge the equivalent commission fee that would have been payable had the booking been completed through the platform.

6. Platform fees

ProNest may charge a service fee or commission in connection with introductions or bookings facilitated through the platform. The applicable fee structure may be communicated during the booking process or through separate commercial agreements with hosts or professionals.

7. Payments and payment processing

ProNest does not store card or bank account details and does not directly process payment transactions. ProNest does not hold client money as an unregulated escrow service. ProNest may collect platform fees or commissions in connection with introductions or confirmed bookings facilitated through the platform. In the event of a chargeback, ProNest reserves the right to recover the disputed amount from future host payouts.

ProNest may modify platform features, terms, or commission structures with reasonable advance notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Acceptable use

You must not submit false information, harass other users, list properties without legal authority, circumvent platform processes or fees, or violate applicable law.

11. Account suspension and removal

ProNest may suspend or remove access for any user who breaches these Terms, provides false information, or engages in harmful conduct. No refund of fees will be due where suspension results from a breach.
